Anniversary Card - has this ever happened to you?

*Sigh*
I spent 3 hours making this card. I put it in my daughters diaper bag to go with her to my in-laws house for the day just like every Thursday. Well, somewhere between our house and their house it was LOST. Can you believe it? My husband saw it in the bag but doesn't remember if it was in there when he dropped off the kid. So, they never got it. I am really upset because A) Hello... 3 HOURS I spent on it! and B) It had a wallet size professional picture of my kid in it, those things ain't cheap people! and C) I used a super fancy brad on the envelope that I know MIL would have liked and re-used :(

BOO.

Fall Wreath

Finally got my fall wreath put together! I was so embarrassed because my spring one has been up since March. Oops!

Flowers, gourds, organza (hard to see in the picture but it is flowing around behind the wreath and the middle gourd) are all from JoAnns - everything was 50% last week. Flowers are stuck into a foam wreath and I made a hanging hook out of wire that I had on hand.
Gourds are attached with hot glue.

Get Well Card

My pawpaw has been in the hospital this past week and is still not home.
Get well soon Pawpaw!
This card was made 100% from scraps which is one of my favorite things to do! I guess I did not take a picture but I used the same paper as the green on the tree to cut out Get Well Soon for the inside of the card. And then of course I had to tuck 2 pictures of his great-grandaughter inside :-)

Stationary Set

My mom and I made this for her friend as a gift. I hope she likes it!
We used Granite paper for the gray, nice linen resume paper for the white. Brads from Hobby Lobby and paper from Hobby Lobby to make the flowers (Forever Young cartidge) We bought pre-made envies and embellished them with the flower and her monogram.
Some pages only have the monogram so that they can be used as "second sheets" if her letter gets lengthy. We packaged it all together in a white photo storage box that we embellished on the top with her monogram and some ribbon.

Happy Halloween.. and Fall! Double Sided Pumpkin

I wanted to do a monogram pumpkin so I whipped out the Cricut and got busy. This is a "funkin" from Hobby Lobby that I got for 50% last week. It is really light weight and even carvable! I would love to get another and carve it really nice to use year after year.
I used black paper and Onyx Martha Stewart glitter for the black parts, yellow paper and gold flake glitter for the orange parts. 99 cent ribbon from Hobby Lobby for stem, Mod Podge is holding everything on the pumpkin.

Oh but WAIT - I am far too cheap to mess with a pumpkin that I can only use for a month, hehe. So, on the other side of the pumpkin I used some fun fall paper and a nifty fabric covered brad and mod podged a little fall love on there.
*sigh* I love fall.
